Position title:              Planning Director Russia – Danone Dairy Division 

Results expected (end of 20xx):

·         Business demand oriented: analyse the demand, upstream work with the Marketing and the Sales to have a global view on the business, forecast, production, promotions …

·         Ensure the reliability of the planning process and the information system (ie : resolve some issues due to the geographical & political situations of the ex CIS countries)

Issues (known or expected):

·         People management : to structure and to build the local team·         To realize quick wins and gain credibility of stakeholders

·         Manage the Customer Service : new scope in the position

 Scope of responsibility:

·         Danone Dairy Russia : the 4th largest business unit of the division  – 1500 people

·         260 000 tones – Turnover 500 millions $

·         Direct team : 60 people

·         Member of the Extended Board Committee

Soft skills:

·         Leadership

·         Change management : capacity to convince and to federate people

·         Excellent communication and sales skills

·         Capacity to grow in a complex and large environment

·         Entrepreneurship, ability to take initiatives and quick decisions Hard experience:

·         Good experience in Business Planning (7 to 10 years experience)

·         Experience in people management  Hard skills:

·         Very high level in Russian and English languages
